By using RentList.ng, registering a partner account, posting listings, creating company profiles, or using any services on the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain only truthful account details. Where required, identity and company information must be valid and current.

Partners may register as an agent, landlord, or company. Each account holder is responsible for activities carried out through their account and must protect their login credentials.

Email verification may be required before certain benefits, including free signup units, are credited. Additional identity or physical verification may be required for badges, trust marks, or access to certain platform features.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of your listings, descriptions, photos, documents, and contact details. Misleading, duplicate, fraudulent, or prohibited listings may be removed without notice.

Partners may be required to submit NIN, CAC details, and supporting documents. Submitting false or forged documents may lead to rejection, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

RentList.ng may use ad units, wallet balances, package purchases, and other monetization models. Units may be required to publish listings, promote content, create company profiles, or request verification services.

A partner may create a company profile where supported. Company profiles may have multiple managers, but all invited managers must already hold valid platform accounts. The owner or assigned managers are responsible for activities performed on the company profile.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, reject, or remove accounts, listings, profiles, or verification requests where there is suspected fraud, abuse, policy violation, non-payment, or legal risk.

Information you provide may be used for registration, verification, service delivery, support, trust and safety, compliance, and communication regarding your account and services.

RentList.ng is a marketplace platform and does not automatically guarantee the truthfulness of all third-party information submitted by users. Users should perform independent checks before entering into transactions.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.
